FloCount Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and HomiLabs ("we", "us") about your use of the FloCount app and the website flo.homilabs.org. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use FloCount
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your app-lock PIN private.
2. What FloCount is — and is not
FloCount helps you record your cycle and see statistical estimates of your next period, ovulation and fertile window. It is a wellbeing and information tool, not a medical device.
- It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- It does not confirm or rule out pregnancy, and it must not be used as contraception.
- Estimates become more reliable as you log more cycles, but they can be wrong. A late period should be confirmed with a home test or a doctor.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical question. Do not delay or ignore medical advice because of something in the app.
3. Your data and content
What you enter is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, sync it and show it back to you. You can export or delete it at any time (see Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, to disrupt or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it to bypass security, or to use it unlawfully.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep FloCount available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service we will give you notice and a way to export your data first.
6. Disclaimer and liability
FloCount is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, HomiLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
7. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
